Westminster police seeking information in 1999 triple homicide cold case

DENVER (KDVR) — Westminster police are seeking information that could help solve a 1999 cold case involving a triple homicide.

The incident occurred on Feb. 7, 1999.

The victims, Paul Skiba, his nine-year-old daughter Sarah and his business associate Lorenzo Chivers, disappeared after returning to Skiba’s moving company, Tuff Movers, located in the 7100 block of Raleigh Street in Westminster.
