DENVER (KDVR) — Photos were released Thursday of a shooting suspect that the Lakewood Police Department called “armed and dangerous.”
The shooting occurred Wednesday near 13th and Vance, according to the agency. Officers arrived on scene and found a man with a single gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police say the suspect fled north from the scene on foot and are now seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
He is described as a white or Hispanic male in his 20s, last seen wearing brown cargo shorts, a green sweatshirt, black shoes and black socks.
