AURORA, Colo. — An Aurora police officer who shot and killed a man after a confrontation in late August had his credibility questioned after a judge found his testimony “not credible” in a 2019 burglary case, 9NEWS Investigates has confirmed.
In that case, the judge concluded the testimony of the officer and his partner was “inconsistent” with body camera video of their interactions with a suspect in the case. The judge also wrote that “their other testimony regarding what happened when the video is not on is not credible and the court is not willing to believe any of it.”
