Suspected burglar found pinned under ‘small dresser’ in Sheridan home

DENVER (KDVR) — A suspected burglar was taken into custody in Sheridan on Sunday, Sept. 21, after Denver police say the man was found pinned underneath a small dresser inside a home on South Raleigh Street.

The Denver Police Department said Thursday that the suspect, who was not identified, parked his truck in the driveway of the home before allegedly breaking a window to gain access.

The suspect caused damage inside the residence but was ultimately taken into custody without incident, police said.
