Denver Mayor Mike Johnston pledged Tuesday to complete the 58 projects in the $950 million Vibrant Denver bond package in six years — well short of the typical 10-year runway.

What he’s saying: “We think [the projects] should be built and built now,” Johnston told more than 100 people at an Axios Denver event hosted by the Denver Foundation and University of Denver.
