DENVER (KDVR) — An Aurora police sergeant was arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Child Exploitation Task Force, the police department shared Wednesday.
Aurora Police Department Sergeant Aaron Bunch was taken into custody on state charges related to the online sexual exploitation of a child. The department said the charges involve the electronic exchange of child exploitation material via the internet.
On Wednesday, Bunch was booked into the Denver Detention Center. The case will be prosecuted by the Denver District Attorney’s Office.
