Three Women Charged for Allegedly Following ICE Agent Home and Live-Streaming His Personal Address in Baldwin Park

Baldwin Park Resident who serves as a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent was allegedly targeted in a harassment and intimidation incident after three women reportedly followed him home from work and broadcast his personal address live on Instagram, according to federal prosecutors.

On September 26, 2025, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California announced federal charges against the three women—two from Southern California and one from Colorado—for allegedly following the ICE agent to his personal residence, livestreaming the pursuit, and publicly sharing the agent’s personal home address online.

All three women—Cynthia Raygoza, 37, of Riverside; Ashleigh Brown, 38, of Aurora, Colorado; and Sandra Carmona Samane, 25, of Panorama City—were each charged with one count of conspiracy and one count of publicly disclosing a federal agent’s personal information…
