DENVER (KDVR) — Northbound Interstate 25 was reopened on Thursday morning after a U-Haul spilled fuel on the interstate following a crash.
Just after 6 a.m., Adams County Fire posted on X about a crash that caused minor injuries on I-25, east of Twin Lakes and just north of U.S. 36. The department said the driver of a 4-Runner was pulling a trailer when they hit a median. The trailer hitch broke, and the car rolled over.

The fire department said one person had minor injuries, but did not want to be transported to the hospital.
SkyFOX flew over the scene, where there appeared to be spilled fuel, a wrecked car and a truck with items scattered on the side of the interstate.
At 6:30 a.m., I-25 was down to one lane, but as of 7 a.m., all the lanes reopened. COtrip said drivers should expect delays in the area, and the Colorado State Patrol said people heading northbound on I-25 at West 84th Avenue should expect significant delays…
