Suspect at large after armed carjacking in Brighton

DENVER (KDVR) — Police are looking for a suspect after an armed carjacking in a Brighton neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon.

Just after 1 p.m., the Brighton Police Department said in a social media post that officers are investigating the scene of an armed carjacking at the 500 block of South 2nd Avenue. This is in a residential neighborhood, a few blocks west of Brighton City Hall.
