DENVER (KDVR) — The Denver Police Department released video of an undercover operation from August that it says targeted human trafficking with enforcement and compassionate outreach.
The community has complained about activity along East Colfax Avenue between Spruce and Yosemite. Denver officers say they conduct enforcement there routinely, but this was the first time they used a new three-phase approach.
