Currently, 48 commuter rail vehicles, 128 light rail vehicles, and 493 buses in the RTD fleet have ads that cover part of their windows. RTD already bans ads on the front of vehicles and on driver and operator side windows. Director Brett Paglieri, who sponsored the amendment, said the change aims to improve customer comfort.
