Aurora Police have sold hundreds of cars seized from drivers under ‘Three Strikes Rule’

AURORA, Colo. — Drivers without insurance, registration and a valid license could get more than a ticket in Aurora.

Under a city policy that began last year, police have seized more than 1,500 vehicles from drivers, and hundreds have already been sold at auction.
