More than 1,000 vehicles seized under Aurora’s ‘Three Strikes’ rule

AURORA, Colo. (KDVR) — For the first time since a vehicle seizure program began in Aurora, FOX31 is getting an up close look at the types cars and trucks the Aurora Police Department is taking off the streets.

An online auction house showed vehicles that had been seized under the no-strike rules.

Under the rule, drivers with no license, no registration and no insurance are seized immediately.
