WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. — For the past month, police in this city have been investigating the death of a 27-year-old mother who died under suspicious circumstances, and now an autopsy report gives more details on the cause of death.
In the early morning hours of Oct. 3, Consuelo “Connie” Chaves was found dead on Everett Court just south of West 46th Place.
An autopsy report obtained this week by 9NEWS from the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office lists the cause of death as massive blunt trauma of the head; however, her manner of death is “undetermined.”…
