Case dismissed for man accused of robbing Aurora store multiple times

AURORA, Colo. — This week an Arapahoe County judge dismissed the case against a man accused of robbing an Aurora business multiple times over due to competency concerns.

Ross Woessner was arrested in March and charged with multiple counts including aggravated robbery related to the thefts. According to police, he’s the man seen in video robbing the Shell gas station and convenience store near South Tower Road and East Hampden Avenue in Aurora. The thefts occurred over a period of weeks, typically between midnight and 4 a.m.

He was armed with a knife or gun and usually stole items like vapes, tobacco products and beer, police said…
