DENVER (KDVR) — A man is in custody after he allegedly climbed through the window of an Aurora home and held a woman hostage, according to victim and witness reports.
The Aurora Police Department said it received a report of a home invasion last week. A witness reported hearing a woman screaming and a man climbing through the window.
Once officers arrived on scene, police said no one answered the door, and officers forced their way into the home, as they feared for someone’s safety. Police said the door was barricaded with furniture, and once they got inside, they found a “terrified” woman…
