The Aurora Police Department announced the swift arrest of a suspect involved in a drive-by shooting incident last Thursday. According to social media posts from the Aurora Police Department, the alleged gunman, Joshua Busey, 21, was taken into custody hours after the crime was committed. The arrest followed a response to reports of shots fired into a residence on South Gibraltar Street around 10:45 p.m.
Witnesses provided a detailed description of the getaway car, a silver Chrysler with no plates, which played a critical role in the arrest.
