Former Denver elementary school paraprofessional charged with enticement of a child

A former paraprofessional at a Denver elementary school was charged with enticing a child in March and April of this year.

Michael Digiacomo, 47, faces felony charges of enticement of a child and internet luring of a child, according to a Wednesday news release from the Thornton Police Department. The 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office brought the criminal counts.

Digiacomo was working as a paraprofessional at Welby Community School when the incidents reportedly took place, between March 13 and April 3 of this year, according to the release. He was placed on administrative leave on April 3 and fired on May 29…
