How to avoid needing a plumber on ‘Brown Friday’

DENVER (KDVR) — Local plumbers are gearing up for “Brown Friday” instead of Black Friday.

They say the day after Thanksgiving is one of their busiest days of the year. The increase in calls is not necessarily for toilets; it’s for problems with sinks and garbage disposals.

David Lambert, a drain tech for Plumbline Services, says he expects about twice as many calls for service on Friday as he has today.
