Denver Turkey Trot sees record-breaking runner numbers at annual Thanksgiving Day run

Nearly 11,600 runners ‘wobbled before they gobbled’ at the 52nd Annual Mile High United Way Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day in Denver’s Washington Park.

The event raised more than $770,000 to benefit Mile High United Way’s efforts to give all children a strong start, support education and academic success and create economic opportunity for all, according to Mile High United Way.
