2 people who died in crash of stolen car had lengthy criminal records dating back decades

AURORA, Colo. — The driver of a stolen car that crashed as he fled police had a lengthy criminal record – and his passenger was facing charges of accessory to a murder, 9NEWS Investigates has learned.

Both died when the Ford Focus went out of control at high speed and slid into a light pole at the intersection of East Alameda Avenue and South Peoria Street.
