Colorado gas prices drop to second-lowest in the country

It’s cheaper to fill up at the pump in Colorado right now than almost anywhere else in the country, according to gas price data from AAA.

Colorado’s average price for a gallon of regular gas was $2.47 as of Tuesday, making it the second-cheapest in the U.S. behind Oklahoma, where gas is $2.37 per gallon on average.

Gas prices in parts of metro Denver are even cheaper, with an average price of $2.34 in Denver, $2.31 in Arapahoe County and $2.18 in Adams County, according to AAA…
