DENVER, Colorado — A cat who lives around Coors Field was finally spotted this week after being missing for more than a month.
Socks has been living around the ballpark for about 10 years. One of her caretakers, Sharon, said she first spotted Socks and another cat, Smokey, while taking long walks during her lunch hour before she retired. She said the feedings turned into a daily occurrence.
“Eventually they would be waiting every day for me to feed them and luckily I was able to find a crew of wonderful outstanding women that would help,” Sharon said…
