DENVER (KDVR) — A burglary suspect was apprehended at a bank in the 9200 block of Lincoln Avenue in the city of Lone Tree on Sunday.
The city said Wednesday that the alleged burglary was reported by the bank’s alarm monitoring system.
Arrest made in connection with Lakewood burglary death
A male suspect broke a glass door of the bank to enter the building, according to the city, which said Lone Tree officers “promptly” surrounded the building after arriving on scene.
The city said the suspect called 911 from a phone inside the bank to “establish communication” while officers were on scene and that, after a period of negotiation, the suspect complied with officers and was taken into custody without incident…
