DENVER (KDVR) — A person who traveled through Denver International Airport on a connecting flight earlier this month was confirmed to have measles, and health and airport officials are warning anyone who traveled that day about potential exposure.
The traveler came from out of state and was confirmed to be infectious while traveling through the airport. The person arrived in Denver at gate B45 in Concourse B at 7:24 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 12, and left the airport at gate B84 at 9:41 p.m. that same night, officials said in a Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment press release.
Officials did not say where the flights came and went, but said passengers who were exposed on the flights will be notified directly by their state or local public health agencies…
