DENVER (KDVR) — A new restaurant with an ingredient-focused seasonal menu is set to open in the spring at the space of the former Fruition Restaurant on 6th Avenue in Denver.
The new restaurant, Madeline, will serve seasonal, technique-driven dishes with an ingredient-first approach, according to a press release announcement.
Italian diner from Michelin-recognized team to open in RiNo
It is the first brick-and-mortar space for Chef Quincy Cherrett, who graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in kitchens like Death & Co., Izakaya Den and Sushi Den. Cherrett also owned a 22 Provisions food truck and launched Eloise at Avanti Food Hall.
His new Madeline restaurant, named after his niece, will open in the spring at the former Michelin-recommended Fruition space located at 1313 E. 6th Ave., which the Michelin Guide described as “not exactly ritzy” in a 2023 highlight of the restaurant.
