NORTHGLENN, Colo. (KDVR) — A wrongful death lawsuit filed against a Northglenn assisted living facility claims a 77-year-old woman died after being left unattended for hours on multiple occasions.

The lawsuit was filed in Adams County District Court against Tarantino Properties, the former management company, and HMP Senior Solutions, the current management company. It alleges wrongful death, negligence and medical malpractice.
