Business owners say they called police hours before parking lot celebration turned deadly

DENVER (KDVR) — FOX31 spoke to business owners in a Denver shopping center where one teen was killed, and three other people were injured in a shooting over the weekend.

Where bullet casings and broken glass littered a parking lot on Sunday, the makings of a small shrine with a bear and candles sit on Monday afternoon along East Hampden Avenue.
