WESTMINSTER, Colo. — A man was found dead in a parking lot Saturday morning, and Westminster Police said it is being investigated as a homicide.
Police said officers responded just after 7 a.m. for a welfare check for a man who was lying face down in the parking lot of Wolff Run Park, which is located at 4705 W. 76th Ave. near the intersection with Sheridan Boulevard.
