Savina’s Mexican Kitchen appears poised for further expansion, with Colorado Springs reportedly teased as part of the brand’s stated growth plans. According to 5280 Magazine, the revered hospitality team behind the business confirmed that the Pikes Peak region will welcome the restaurant in the future.
Beyond that, not many details are known, including a timeline or where exactly in the Springs the company is eyeing for expansion. What Now Denver could not reach co-owner Mark Brinkerhoff, who was quoted as saying such, for clarification.
