A late-night karaoke run in Aurora turned into a violent crime scene when a man was stabbed outside a bar just after 1:35 a.m. on Dec. 25, and police say the two men responsible are still on the loose.
According to officers, the pair took off in a blue SUV before police arrived, leaving the victim with serious injuries and detectives with more questions than answers. Investigators have released images of the suspects and are asking anyone who was near South Havana Street around that time to speak up.
“One suspect held the man down while the other stabbed him,” Aurora police told local media, as reported by KDVR. The victim was stabbed in the torso and rushed to a nearby hospital, where officials say he was treated for serious injuries.

Detectives describe both suspects as men in their late 40s to early 50s. One stood out for his braided beard, with a single strand hanging from his chin, according to police.
