Italian sandwich chain Snarf’s Sandwiches is opening a new location in Aurora, set for a Feb. 2 opening date, according to a recent business license issuance. The upcoming location is set to open at 16950 E Iliff Ave. in the Buckley Square shopping plaza, anchored by King Soopers.
The new Aurora location is just one of four Snarf’s locations currently in development in the Greater Denver Area. What Now Denver previously reported that Snarf’s is cooking up a location in the Hampden area, set for a Spring 2026 opening. Snarf’s Sandwiches is also opening a location in Montbello, with no concrete opening date yet, and a location in Lakewood/Belmar with a tentative opening in late March.
Founder Jimmy Seidel opened the first Snarf’s Sandwich in Boulder in 1996, bequeathing his college nickname “Snarf” — earned through his ability to snarf down food — to the restaurant.
