Auto Parts Offshoot Snags 178K-SF Commerce City Warehouse Near DIA

Advance Stores Inc. has locked in a hefty chunk of space at Ascent Commerce Center in Commerce City, taking down roughly 178,000 square feet in a deal that further cements the DIA‑area industrial corridor as one of metro Denver’s logistics hot spots.

The lease spans 178,027 square feet in Building II and runs for seven years, according to the Denver Business Journal. The agreement is in the name of Advance Stores Inc., the local operating arm behind a cluster of Advance Auto Parts‑branded outlets around the Denver metro.

Advance Stores Inc., a subsidiary of Advance Auto Parts, will use the site as a distribution hub to serve roughly 10 stores in the region, with the facility handling regional distribution and restocking for the retailer, Mile High CRE reports.
