CENTENNIAL, Colo. (KDVR) — A 31-year-old man had his first appearance in Arapahoe County Court Friday morning, a week after he was arrested for allegedly hitting and killing a woman with a vehicle then leaving the scene in Aurora.
“My sister was murdered at five in the morning when she was going to see her daughter and grand kids,” Alexander Vincent Smith, the brother of victim said.
