Deputies arrest 2 juvenile suspects after stolen vehicle recovered in Aurora

DENVER (KDVR) — The Arapahoe County Sheriffs’ Office said two juvenile male suspects were arrested on Thursday after they allegedly fled a Walmart parking lot when deputies approached a vehicle confirmed to be stolen out of Aurora.

ACSO said the incident happened at 8 a.m. in the parking lot of a Walmart in the 16700 block of East Smoky Hill Road, which is in Aurora.

The sheriff’s office said the two juvenile male suspects fled the area on foot after deputies approached a car that was first observed to be suspicious and ultimately confirmed to be stolen.
