DENVER (KDVR) — The family of a man shot and killed by a Douglas County Sheriff’s Office deputy at Main Event in Highlands Ranch has filed a wrongful death lawsuit, according to a complaint and jury demand acquired by FOX31.
On Feb. 8, 2024, around 9 p.m., a group of friends and family, including two women identified as Niyonii Crowley-Sanders and Neveah Crowley-Sanders, went to the Main Event bowling alley in Highlands Ranch to celebrate the birthday of 23-year-old Jalin Seabron, as well as the announcement of his girlfriend Keylonie Fenery’s pregnancy.

Around 11:45 p.m., Neveah was assaulted by a group of women in the restroom of Main Event, according to the complaint. During the alleged assault, Neveah is accused of shooting one of the women, ending the altercation.
