A west-side stabbing that sent one person to the hospital has led to the arrest of a Denver woman now under investigation for attempted first-degree murder, according to Denver police.
Officers took Michelle Pacheco-Espinoza (DOB: 11/25/1986) into custody on Thursday in connection with a Sunday stabbing in the 2000 block of West Exposition Avenue. Police said the victim was taken to a hospital, but in their initial alert, they described the injuries only as of unknown extent.

In an update posted by the Denver Police Department on X, investigators said Pacheco-Espinoza has been arrested and is being held for investigation of attempted first-degree murder. The department listed her date of birth as November 25, 1986.
