Man pleads guilty to tampering charge after woman’s body found in Arvada

GOLDEN, Colo. — A man pleaded guilty to a felony charge Wednesday after a woman’s body was found near a dumpster at an Arvada apartment complex last fall.

Daniel Clark, 41, pleaded guilty to one count of tampering with a deceased human body. Clark was sentenced to 10 years in prison, and other charges were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.

The remains of 29-year-old Chelsea Beadles were found near a dumpster at The Perch on 52nd apartment complex on Sept. 15. A maintenance worker found Beadles’ remains, which had been placed inside a plastic tote and covered with bedding, prosecutors said…
