Potential measles exposure at Denver airport and Littleton church

DENVER — State and local health officials are notifying the public of a possible measles exposures from an out-of-state traveler within Colorado over the weekend.

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), Arapahoe County Public Health, Denver Department of Public Health and Environment and Denver International Airport said that an out-of-state traveler with a confirmed case of measles traveled through DIA and attended a church service in Colorado while infectious.

At DIA, the individual arrived on Frontier flight 1279 from Miami at Gate A83 in the A Concourse at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21. The passenger departed on Frontier flight 1280 to Miami from Gate A76 in the A Concourse at 11:29 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 22, according to the media release…
