DENVER (KDVR) — A Denver homeowner says he’s on edge after home surveillance video captured a man walking down his street and setting a shrub on fire outside his fence.
The fire was quickly extinguished by passersby before it could spread to the nearby home or fence, but the homeowner says the incident is the second time someone has set fire to plants outside his property.

The video, recorded on Feb. 28 near West Ellsworth Avenue and North Bannock Street, shows a man walking along the sidewalk, lighting something on fire near the fence line and then leaving the area.
