How much snow fell in Colorado over the weekend?

DENVER (KDVR) — Many Coloradans across the Front Range and Denver metro area woke up Sunday morning to several inches of snow after a warm Saturday.

The Pinpoint Weather team had estimated about an inch would fall in Denver, and the Denver International Airport did receive .9 inches of snow by Sunday morning, but some places in the metro saw nearly four inches.

The forecast for Sunday shows the snow in the metro area will taper off through Sunday afternoon, but here’s a look at how much has fallen by 7 a.m. Sunday morning:

After Sunday’s cold start to the week, Denver will warm up again, even seeing temperatures rise to the 80s by the middle of the week.
