The Westminster Police Department shared an update on the deadly shooting that occurred at Wolff Run Park on January 10. Kenny Espinosa, 27, and Charity Johnson, 35, were arrested on January 13 in Eagle County and booked into the Adams County Jail. Both face multiple charges related to the incident.
