DENVER (KDVR) — A proposed underground pedestrian tunnel connecting Ball Arena to a nearby light rail station is one step closer to becoming a reality.
The idea is part of a nationwide competition launched by The Boring Company, a company founded by Elon Musk, which is offering to build a tunnel project for free.
