DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. — A 45-year-old former teacher was sentenced to 14 years in prison for charges related to the sexual exploitation of a child, the 23rd Judicial District Attorney’s Office said Thursday.
Tera Johnson-Swartz was arrested in February 2025 on charges including kidnapping and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
