Taiwan-Based 85°C Bakery Cafe to Open First Colorado Location in Aurora

A popular Taiwanese bakery and café chain is preparing to make its Colorado debut.

85°C Bakery Cafe will open at 2767 South Parker Rd inside Aurora’s Parker Commons shopping center, according to a recent update from the property. The announcement, shared by the center on Facebook, confirmed that the brand is “joining the Parker Commons community soon!!”

The company was founded in 2003 in Taiwan by Cheng-Hsueh Wu, who had a mission to make high-quality pastries and specialty coffee more accessible to everyday customers.
