DENVER (KDVR) — Four juveniles have been taken to a hospital after a brief police pursuit involving a stolen vehicle ended in a crash near East 11th Avenue in Aurora.
According to the Aurora Police Department, officers attempted to initiate a traffic stop on Saturday at around 4:09 p.m. after receiving a Flock Safety real-time alert along Peoria, just north of Colfax.
The department said the driver, who has since been identified as a 14-year-old, allegedly failed to stop, prompting officers to initiate a pursuit near the 1600 block of Peoria.

The pursuit ended when the driver attempted to turn onto East 11th Avenue and crashed into a tree, the department said. Two passengers then allegedly attempted to flee on foot, but were quickly apprehended…
