A vacant site along the South Platte Park Open Space is set for a major transformation. Dual Super Bowl winner Peyton Manning and Gastamo Group based in Denver are behind the $28 million project called 1st Street Farms.
The build sits inside Littleton’s River Park development zone. Details came before the Littleton City Council earlier this week as the partners laid out their vision for the property.
A 15,000-square-foot restaurant serves as the anchor of the entire project. The dining venue comes with five private dining rooms and plans for Southern-inspired, Colorado-focused cuisine.
