BRIGHTON, Colo. — Colorado-based Mexican-American restaurant Chili Shack will open a new location in Brighton on Saturday.
The restaurant said its first franchisee-owned location is located at 361 N. Main St.
The 1,100-square-foot Brighton restaurant will feature indoor seating for 25 guests and will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with takeout and delivery available…
