CENTENNIAL, Colo. — The Arapahoe County Sheriff’s office is investigating after a woman died in a T-bone crash last week in Centennial.

The crash happened at Smoky Hill Road and Telluride Street, which is a stretch between Tower and Buckley roads that has seen dozens of crashes over the past five years.
