A man was killed after his car slammed into a tree in Aurora early Friday.
Aurora Police Department officers responded to the crash at about 5:50 a.m. Friday near the intersection of East Iliff Avenue and South Elkhart Street, according to a news release. Officers determined a car had crashed into a tree.
The sole occupant of the car, an adult man, was taken to the hospital, where he later died. Police did not identify him…
